Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-16
These Terms govern your use of the rDev Dashboard (“rDev”, “the Service”), a private, invitation-based control plane for running Claude Code sessions. By creating an account you accept these Terms and the linked Privacy Notice.
1. Eligibility & accounts
Accounts are created by redeeming an invite code issued by the deployment administrator. You are responsible for keeping your password and any 2FA recovery codes confidential. One person per account; sharing credentials is grounds for suspension.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate or transmit content that is illegal where the deployment is hosted.
- Attempt to circumvent the rate limits, usage caps, or feature gates enforced by your subscription tier.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from accounts other than your own.
- Resell access to the Service. Per-tier seats are personal and non-transferable.
3. Subscription plans
Plans (Free, Plus, Pro, Expert) carry a monthly Claude API usage allowance and a feature mask documented on the pricing page. Usage is metered at Anthropic’s API rates and counts against your tier’s allowance. At 100% of the allowance new sessions are blocked until the next billing cycle or until the administrator resets your usage.
Tier changes go through your administrator for approval. While real self-serve billing is being wired up, payment terms are handled outside the dashboard between you and the administrator.
4. Cancellation & refunds
You may stop using the Service at any time; ask your administrator to disable your account if you want it removed. Because billing is handled out-of-band during this phase, refund policy is at the administrator’s discretion. The next revision of these Terms will document a formal refund window.
5. Termination
The administrator may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or to retire the deployment. You will receive a reasonable notice when feasible. Your stored sessions and projects are subject to the retention policy in the Privacy Notice.
6. Disclaimers & liability cap
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe; do not act on it without verification. To the extent permitted by law, the administrator’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the trailing 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, the “Last updated” date above will change and existing users will be prompted to re-accept at next sign-in.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the deployment is hosted. Disputes are resolved in that jurisdiction’s courts.
